Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing or using OSAMA, or by creating an account at osama-ai.net, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it. OSAMA is provided by Xioraa ("we", "us").

2. Your account

You need an account for paid features. Keep your password and unlock codes to yourself — you're responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information, and one account per person.

3. What OSAMA can do, and your responsibility

OSAMA acts on your computer on your instructions. It can open apps, type, click, read your screen, and — with Premium connections — read, write and send email and create calendar events.

• You are responsible for what you instruct it to do, including anything it sends or schedules on your behalf.
• Voice recognition is imperfect and AI can misinterpret. By default OSAMA asks you to confirm before sending an email or creating an event. If you switch that off, you accept the risk of it acting on a misheard or misunderstood instruction.
• Don't leave sensitive material open on screen while it's acting, and review what it does.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use OSAMA to break the law, to send spam or bulk unsolicited email, to harass anyone, to access accounts or systems you don't have permission to use, or to generate harmful or illegal content. Don't resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software, and don't share unlock codes. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

5. Plans, payment and refunds

Free, Basic and Premium plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed at the price shown when you buy. Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled any time and run until the end of the paid period; lifetime plans are a one-off payment. If a paid feature doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, contact us and we'll sort out a refund. Prices can change, but not for a term you've already paid for.

6. Third-party services

OSAMA can connect to Google, Spotify, Discord and other services. Your use of those is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for what they do or for outages on their side. The AI models run locally through Ollama under their own licences.

7. Availability and updates

The app updates itself so you get fixes and new features. We aim to keep osama-ai.net up but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features.

8. No warranty

OSAMA is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that it will be error-free or that its answers will be accurate. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or actions OSAMA took on your instruction. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you — and nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.

10. Ending it

You can stop using OSAMA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. Sections 8, 9 and 10 survive.
